Countplus

Countplus is a professional services aggregation network of 20 businesses across Australia; 17 accounting/business advisory firms, one financial planning specialist, a property services group and a financial planning dealer group. We operate out of 37 offices in 18 towns and cities across Australia, with over 500 employees.

Countplus was established in 2007 as a subsidiary business of Count Financial Limited.

Importantly, principals retain management responsibilities and firm branding as well as benefiting from an ongoing incentive scheme that rewards both principals and employees.

Countplus' strategic objectives are to:

	Provide a mechanism to list successful and sustainable professional services businesses on ASX and, by accessing funds (through the initial Listing, retained earnings and borrowings), to make further acquisitions and promote organic growth;
	Become a best practice accounting and wealth advice network through the sharing of ideas, practices and systems with fellow Countplus Member Firms; and
	Stimulate profit growth both organically and through acquisitions. Countplus has access to both the resources and network of Count Financial, a franchise group of nearly 300 accounting firms and a subsidiary of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, which will facilitate ongoing growth opportunities.

In 2011, Countplus were ranked 12th on BRW's Top 100 Accounting Firms list.

Countplus listed on the ASX on 22 December 2010. Count Financial remains the largest shareholder of Countplus.
